I, P.K.Hari Hara Subramanian, am the sole owner of the information collected on this site. I will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement or in this Site specifically. This Site collects information from the users at very few points on the Site.

Registration

In order to acces certain portions of this website, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration a user is required to select a user name and password (and not their name and email address). However, if the user opts to sign up for our mailing list, their name and e-mail address is also collected. This information is used to contact the user about the services on our site for which they have expressed interest.

It is optional for the user to provide demographic information (such as income level and gender), and unique identifiers (such as social security number), but encouraged so we can provide a more personalized experience on our site in future. The friend may contact our business partner at the URL link or mail address mentioned at the end of the e-mail to request the removal of this information from their database.

This website takes every precaution to protect our users’ information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and off-line.

When our membership form asks for your user name and password, it is validated through a CGI server which is operated by one of our business partners. We do not use SSL currently in our site since we find no need for the same.

We also send the user site and service announcement updates if and only if they have subscribed to our mailing list. Members will be able to un-subscribe from service announcements as well although the same is not recommended. We communicate with the user to provide requested services and in regards to issues relating to their account via the contact addresses provided by them.

Correction/Updating Personal Information:

If a user’s personally identifiable information changes (such as your zip code), or if a user no longer desires our service, we will endeavor to provide a way to correct, update or remove that user’s personal data provided to us. This can usually be done by contacting us

Choice/Opt-out

For example, all of our mails sent to registered mail list members will carry a notification at the end of page about how to remove themselves from the mailing list and avoid receiving the mails in future.
